Coming back from injury or surgery? Pitching or throwing with pain? Return to top-level performance and prevent the problem from ever happening again with THS Return to Performance.

Designed in collaboration with medical professionals and recommended by doctors, the THS Return to Performance program (RTP) is designed to educate, train, and prepare you to return to full participation following an injury or surgery.

You will learn how to eliminate the mechanical stresses that caused your injury or pain, while also building cross-specific strength and throwing endurance.

Athletes frequently emerge from the RTP program throwing harder than they ever have! And pain free!

You can start as soon as you are medically cleared to start working your way back into throwing. Upon completion of the RTP program, you can step seamlessly and safely into regular pitching/throwing training.
